An upstairs living room beneath a makuti roof, a covered terrace and a tropical garden give your group places to gather beyond the bedrooms. Some guests can read in the shade while others enjoy the pool or head to the beach.
There are three bedrooms in the main house and three smaller bedrooms in the guest cottage, with five bathrooms in total. Review the rooms before booking and tell us your preferred sleeping arrangements. Six bedrooms do not mean a private room for each of 12 guests.

Shared meals, without a hotel timetable
A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining terrace make meals a natural part of spending time together. Chef service and daily housekeeping are included; your group pays separately for groceries.
Discuss menus, dietary needs and shopping arrangements directly before arrival. You can combine meals at the villa with Diani's coastal restaurants, rather than plan every day around one dining arrangement.

Your own pace on the coast
Diani Beach is roughly 300 metres from Zavani, about a five-minute walk through the estate. The property is not beachfront. Beach mornings, shaded afternoons and time by the private pool can all be part of the same holiday.
Zavani is a holiday home, not an event venue: parties and events are not permitted, nor are pets. Please respect quiet hours after 22:00. The pool is unfenced; children need close adult supervision.

How many guests and bedrooms does Zavani accommodate?
Up to 12 guests in six bedrooms: three in the main house and three smaller bedrooms in the guest cottage. There are five bathrooms. Please discuss bed configurations when enquiring.
Can several families stay together?
The six-bedroom layout can suit extended families or families travelling together, within the maximum of 12 guests. Share the adults, children's ages and sleeping needs so we can discuss suitability. The pool is unfenced.
Are meals included?
Chef service is included, as is daily housekeeping. Groceries and ingredients are paid separately by guests; the stay is not an all-inclusive meal package.
Can we hold a party or event?
No. Parties and events are not permitted at Zavani. It is accommodation for a group holiday, not a celebration venue. Pets are also not permitted.
