The villa has a private swimming pool and a walled tropical garden. The pool is unfenced: children must be supervised closely by a responsible adult. The property is not described as childproof.
Diani Beach is roughly 300 metres away, about a five-minute walk through the estate; Zavani is not beachfront. Ocean swimming depends on tides, currents and weather. Check conditions locally, keep children close and plan shade, water and sun protection.
